On April 28, 2021, the Polish drama series was made available on Netflix. Netflix has recently begun to commission shows with a well-balanced, chemistry-filled youthful ensemble. There’s plenty of variety and preference coming to the streaming site for teen dramas, with The Irregulars bringing an alternate Sherlock Holmes tale to the masses and then adding the Grishaverse to the masses. Sexify on Netflix has all that millennials love: a quirky, comedic sex story that reminds us of Bonding’s unique image of the dominatrix.
Sexify has the potential to be far superior to the aforementioned shows; the deep sisterhood and togetherness in this Netflix series is compelling and wholesome — the three women bond with ease, each bringing their own eccentricities.
The premise is set by Natalia (Aleksandra Skraba), a genius student under pressure to produce a science application that is both appealing and “sexy.” After becoming friends with Monika (played by Sandra Drzymalska) and Paulina (played by Maria Sobocinska), she discovers that sex is still on her mind and tries to make the leap where an application can enhance female orgasm.
Before finally bringing the characters together, Sexify‘s pilot does such an excellent job of defining our characters and ensuring that we see them as wholly sketched (no pun intended) human beings with their own lives and struggles, and that commitment pays off.
Sexify is just the ticket you need to fill the sex education-shaped void left in your heart, combining an educational environment with fellowship and, well, sex ed in a seamless manner. If you’re new to the world of foreign-language material and are afraid to pursue Sexify because of the language issue, we strongly advise you to do it anyway. Across every language, good prose, solid characters, and a creative plot are evident, and maybe you could even pick up a few Polish words. Season 1 of Sexify brings Natalia and her friends on a road of self-discovery and many lessons in the world of climax. Grouping with her conventional friends, who believe that reaching orgasm is due to various reasons, and not only a scientific one, season 1 of Sexify puts Natalia and her friends down a path of self-discovery and many lessons in the world of sexual experience.
Sexify is successful because of the female relationship at its center; it’s not about a display about stripping down or making the grade. Yeah, there’s lots of sex and hilarity to be had, but it’s Sexify’s strong, brazen heart that makes it worth watching.
Stream it now! Sexify is more than worthy of a slot in your lineup, thanks to its admirable cast and core friendships, sex-positive sound, and quirky, quick wit.
