Storyline of Battlefield 2042
The game begins ten years in the future. The world has been exposed to climate change. A future where two superpowers, the US and Russia, are ready to go head-to-head against each other. There is a shortage of food and fuel. In 2033, a six-category hurricane Zeta occurs. Many people are displaced and trying to find a place to call home.
By 2037, humans have adapted to the new normal, and things seem to be getting better. In 2040, a space debris storm destroys satellites causing a global blackout. With the US and Russia blaming each other, the war is imminent, and everybody is forced to choose a side. Both sides are trying to control what is left in the name of resources.
Battlefield 2042 Maps
There are seven multiplayer maps across various locations. Some of the locations are:
In orbital, players will get to travel Kourou, French guinea in west Africa.
Players will travel to Doha, Qatar, which is a desert, and will have to counter desert storm.
Players will battle in a skyscraper in the city of Songdo and South Korea.
In the trailer, a hurricane is shown, which is eye-catching. Sorry to break your heart, there is no battlefield royale, just simple conquest. In the trailer, you will also get to see a pilot jumping out of the jet to shoot another jet with a missile launcher; for doing this he deserves every medal there is. Watching this trailer brought back childhood memories.
Overall, the trailer is satisfying. It is focused on multiplayer. It looks like it is chasing the crowd of COD ( Call Of Duty).
